The luxury room was equipped with air conditioning, a minibar, and a tv. The private bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer. The rooftop pool was perfect for a sunset swim. The sky bar offered amazing food and views. Staff were super friendly and helped with everything we needed.

The bathroom door in room 404 didn't lock or close properly, and the unpleasant odor disrupted my sleep!!! The registration confusion at check-in was frustrating!!! Speeding up check-in processes would enhance guest comfort!!!

I had a decent stay for two nights. The breakfast spread was really good, giving a great start to the day. I also enjoyed the unique flavors of the food, especially the delicious cake they had arranged for my family celebration. The downside was that the room seemed a bit older than portrayed in the pictures.

The only bright spot was that the room size was decent, lots of space, and the central location made it easy for me to explore around. But honestly, I was disappointed overall because the lack of cleanliness was just unacceptable, like finding used soap in the shower. Who does that?

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the situation, I guess it's somewhat acceptable.

Comfortable room, great location, where I appreciated the decent rooftop restaurant with a good ambiance and was glad to find that I was only charged half day charges when I checked out four hours after the standard check-out time.

Location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The rooftop restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and serves delicious meals. The Sicilian cunzato bread was a highlight. Room amenities were lacking, only one coffee packet and insufficient toiletries for two guests. It was disappointing not to have basic items like facial tissues. This experience indicates a need for improvements in guest comfort.
